Let’s Talk Science (LTS) [1]

Let’s Talk Science (LTS) is a national organization that is inspiring youth to become engaged with science through free hands-on and experiential activities. Student volunteers at over 30 universities and colleges across Canada encourage K-12 students to discover science right in the classroom using kits that specifically link to Canadian Prescribed Learning Outcomes (PLOs). ONCCEE has been in collaboration with LTS at both the national and local (UVic) level through the development of marine themed activities for the classroom kits, the development of LTS’s CurioCity Website and the coordination and facilitation of a high school Ocean Science Symposium!
