As part of the Operations group, Jeb is involved with ocean observatory maintenance and instrument testing activities.

Jeb has a diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology from Humber College in Ontario, and a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology in Ontario.  Jeb also has a photocopied piece of paper featuring a cartoon dog in a mortarboard which indicates that he finished kindergarten.
